Turn palms outward toward opponent, and slowly begin pushing knife hands forward, while exhaling, then forcefully complete the movement with both arms out in front, knife‐hands pointing 45 degrees in and up, as if pushing someone away.
    • Turn 90° left, moving left foot into a left back stance, knife hand guarding block.
    • Pivot on left foot, right leg low side kick / right leg side kick to upper body without touching foot down. Step down with right foot into right front stance, right outward knife hand strike.
    • Staying in a front stance, left hand punch.
    • Shift into a right back stance, right monton maki.
    • Step back with right foot and turn 180° right (pivoting on left foot), moving right foot into a right back stance, knife hand guarding block.
    • Pivot on right foot, left low side kick / left leg side kick to upper body without touching foot down step down with left foot into left front stance, left outward knife hand strike.
    • Staying in a front stance, right hand punch.

    • Left hand grab, strike left hand with fully extended right hand punch.
    • Right foot steps over left into cross stance, left side kick, set down and turn 180 degrees clockwise into right front stance, left palm up groin strike with right grabbing and pulling in opponent to left shoulder.
    • Right foot slides back into a right walking stance, right arm low block.
    • Step forward with left foot into left walking stance, left hand palm heel block, step forward with right foot into horse stance, right reinforced elbow side strike with left hand palm support on right fist.
    • Right knife hand side block
    • Right hand grab, strike right hand with fully extended left hand punch.
    • Left foot steps over right into cross stance, right side kick, set down and turn 180 degrees counter-clockwise into left front stance, right palm up groin strike with left grabbing and pulling in opponent to right shoulder.
    • Left foot slides back into a left walking stance, left arm low block.
    • Step forward with right foot into right walking stance, right hand palm heel block, step forward with left foot into horse stance, left reinforced elbow side strike with right hand palm support on left fist.
    • Slowly, with balance, concentration, and power, pull right foot to left foot, bring both arms up over head, outstretched, with left hand in hammer fist, right hand in knife hand. Move arms outward to the sides and down in a large circle meeting waist level with left hammer‐fist striking right knife hand (feet and hands should come together at the same time).
    • Turn 180 degrees counter clockwise (pivot on right foot) into a left front stance, left outward knife hand strike, left knife hand low block.
    • Step forward into right front stance, right outward knife hand strike, right knife hand low block.
    • Step forward into left front stance, left outward knife hand strike, left knife hand low block.
    • Step forward right front stance, right tiger mouth strike. KIHAP.
