    • Turn left, left front stance, left down block
    • Step forward, right front stance, right hand punch
    • Turn 180 degrees clockwise, right front, stance right down block
    • Step forward, left front stance, left hand punch
    • Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise, left front stance left down block
    • Step forward, right front stance, right middle block
    • Step forward, left front stance, left middle block
    • Step forward, right front stance, right middle punch, KIHAP
    • Turn left 270 degrees counterclockwise with back left foot into left front stance, left rising block.
    • Step forward into right front stance, right rising block
    • Turn right with right foot 180 degrees clockwise into right front stance, right rising block.
    • Step forward into left front stance, left rising block.
    • Turn left 90 degrees with left foot into left front stance, left down block.
