There is no new curriculum for this rank, instead, use the time between now and your Black Belt Poom/Dan testing to ensure you know all the techniques, forms, and one-steps from all lower ranks.

Accumulating teaching hours and leading the class is expected as well.

There is no set time frame for your next testing, but usually 6-12 months is appropriate to accomplish the above.
